We are seeking a hands-on automation professional with strong experience in building automation systems, HVAC controls, DDC environments, low-voltage wiring, commissioning, and troubleshooting.This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys working independently in the field, solving complex automation challenges, supporting commercial and industrial clients, and ensuring building systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably.HireNow SnapshotThe Controls Technician will support the installation, startup, commissioning, service, and troubleshooting of commercial and industrial automation systems. This individual will work directly with control devices, automation platforms, communication networks, and electrical systems to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.Key responsibilities include:
  • Installing, terminating, and testing control wiring for sensors, actuators, panels, and field devices.
  • Commissioning building automation and DDC control systems.
  • Troubleshooting automation, electrical, communication, and network-related issues.
  • Loading, modifying, and validating control programs under engineering guidance.
