Ensure automation standard work is successfully maintaining safe and reliable plant operations. Actively manage and assign work based on priority.Develop team members by providing guidance, training resources, and individual development plans for a strong cross-functional team. Cultivate leadership and technical skills within the team through mentorship and assignments that empower and enable individual contributors. Accountable for team growth.Proactively mitigate risk and optimize processes through new technology and continuous improvement of automation systems, including leading and fostering future vision for process automation innovation.Drive defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for process automation aligned with Global Operations. Accountable for area KPIs.
