Welder/Fabricators
At Work Staffing is accepting resumes for Welder/Fabricators in the Decatur, AL area. Give us a call to schedule an appointment time. These will be temp to hire positions.
Duties:
- Perform fabrication and welding tasks using various tools and equipment, including plasma cutting, machining, and press brake machine.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to fabricate and assemble metal parts.
- Rig and position materials for welding or assembly.
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
- Solder or braze components as needed.
- Assist with ductwork fabrication and installation.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role.
