A professional welder is skilled in joining metal parts together using high heat and specialized equipment such as welding machines and torches. They work in a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, automotive, and shipbuilding. To thrive as a Professional Welder, you need strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of welding techniques, often supported by a high school diploma and completion of a welding certification program.
