These roles are designed for people with little to no prior hands-on welding experience and typically provide on-the-job training. Duties may include learning to operate welding equipment, preparing materials, and following safety protocols. Employers often look for candidates who are eager to learn, have good hand-eye coordination, and are able to follow instructions closely.
