Job description

Poly Trucking is headquartered in Grand Prairie, TX. We are a long and short-haul domestic carrier. Our fleet is comprised of late model, company-owned trucks. With Poly Trucking, you avoid the delays, logistical problems and additional expenses that often accompany third-party service. We'll deliver your freight safely, efficiently, and on-time.

Compensation

  • Average Annual Pay: $70,000 - $90,000. Highest earners exceeding $90,000
  • No forced dispatch. Earning ability is directly linked to driver flexibility and willingness to accept loads
    • Base 70 CPM with an average of 2,500-2,800 miles weekly
    • Stop pay: $30
    • $100 for layover, holdover (at facility waiting for a load), and breakdown
    • Referral Bonus: $1,000 for each driver that stays for at least 30 days
    • Monthly Reimbursements:
      • $25 cleaning supplies
      • $50 for cell phone
      • Up to $35 a night for parking
  • Paid via direct deposit weekly

  • Drivers have flexibility to outfit their own cab interior

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have CDL A license
  • Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 6 months
  • No DUI/DWIs
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
  • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
  • Hiring drivers Nationwide (excluding the following states & federal district: CA, AK, NE, IL, MI, ME, and DC)
