The Opportunity
Autodesk is looking for a Director of Brand Management to help steward and evolve one of the world's most influential design and technology brands. This role sits at the center of our brand ecosystem-guiding our largest integrated advertising campaigns, leading agency partnerships, and acting as a center of excellence for brand management across the company.This is a highly visible role for a strategic brand leader who pairs sharp creative instincts with operational excellence, and who thrives at the intersection of agencies, internal stakeholders, and ambitious business goals.You will be a key partner in shaping how Autodesk shows up in the world-ensuring our brand is not only consistent and coherent, but emotionally resonant, creatively bold, and built to scale.
What You'll Do
Lead Brand Stewardship & Campaign Excellence
  • Serve as a senior brand leader responsible for guiding Autodesk's largest integrated advertising campaigns with the focus being on shepherding the creative concepts and ideas.
  • Ensure all brand expressions align to Autodesk's brand platform, narrative, and creative standards across channels and regions.
  • Act as a trusted creative partner, with a keen eye for strong ideas and the ability to elevate work without stifling creativity.
Own Agency Management & Center of Excellence
  • Lead and manage Autodesk's brand agency ecosystem, ensuring clear scopes, strong collaboration, and consistently high-quality output.
  • Establish best practices for agency engagement, briefing, feedback, and performance management.
  • Act as a center of excellence for brand management across Autodesk, advising teams on brand strategy, positioning, and execution.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, communications, events, and regional teams to ensure brand cohesion and impact.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $145,000 and $260,150. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
