Position Overview
Autodesk is investing in the future of facility operations, enabling them to reduce risk and optimize value delivery by transforming operational data into trusted, actionable insight. Our digital twin platform, Autodesk Tandem, is at the heart of our vision to transform how facilities are designed, built, and operated. The Autodesk Operations Solutions portfolio will connect not only design to operations, but also the daily activities of maintenance technicians, facility managers, and process engineers in the facility to the executives responsible for ensuring business resiliency and profitability
Responsibilities

  • Grow the Autodesk Tandem and Autodesk Operations Solutions business in your territory through implementing your business plan and growth strategies to achieve individual sales targets and team revenue objectives

  • Qualify and pursue new inbound leads as well as identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing Autodesk customers while collaborating with Autodesk teams within our target industries and segments

  • Partner with Customer Success to develop customer growth plans, ensuring successful adoption and long-term use of Tandem

  • Lead customer presentations and product demonstrations that are informative and compelling in multiple formats

  • Apply value-based selling approaches to demonstrate measurable solutions using tailored presentations to customers

  • Achieve and strive to exceed, quarterly and yearly sales targets, providing accurate forecasts to leadership using CRM tools and sales processes

  • Collaborate and partner with internal subject matter experts, marketing, solution partner and product teams to translate customer challenges into solutions that can be solved with Tandem

  • Travel to customer sites and participate in Executive Briefings along with attendance and support of trade shows and events as needed


Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Business or a related discipline, experience in Factory, AEC, Facility Operations or Smart Building is a plus

  • 5+ years previous experience selling SaaS technology to both enterprise and mid-market customers

  • Adept at the art of the story tell to develop and deliver compelling presentations focused on customer value

  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed direct and indirect sales teams

  • Exceptional communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering partnerships internally and externally at varying organizational levels and functional disciplines

  • Strong well-known collaborator excelling at negotiation and consensus building

  • Exceptionally organized, execution-focused, accountable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and driven

  • Prior experience on geographically distributed team with willingness and ability to travel up to 30%

  • Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM technology

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $154,900 and $277,750. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
