Job description

We have an immediate opportunity for a CADD Drafter in the Salt Lake County Utah area that will design underground and aerial telecom construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Create sketches, layouts, plans, and drawings for telecom underground and aerial construction projects.
  • Develop, modify, and review drawings according to client and/or company drafting standards.
  • Follow City Requirements and Utility Specifications.
  • Review all work for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting for engineering review.
  • Participate in design review meetings.

Qualifications:

  • One year or more experience utilizing AutoCAD or Bluebeam.
  • Must have construction knowledge in Telecom.
  • Must have the physical ability to walk job sites to measure poles and check utility separations.
  • Must have a Valid driver's license and have the ability to drive a company vehicle.
  • Proficient use of MS Office application including TEAMS, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Overtime required during busy season
