**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related technical field, or 10 years of relevant design and project experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in design and project management.
- Proficiency in computer applications including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing; AutoCAD skills are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills to manage projects on schedule, within budget, and meet customer specifications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility for occasional travel and after-hours project requirements.
