Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and/or industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have strong scheduling expertise, experience managing project budgets and subcontractors, and proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Autodesk construction software. This role requires a hands-on leader who can successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Coordinate and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
  • Monitor project budgets, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Review contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
  • Utilize Procore for project documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
  • Support project design coordination and document management using Autodesk products.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee procurement activities and subcontractor performance.
  • Manage project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5-10 years of construction project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, municipal, or large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong scheduling background with Microsoft Project.
  • Experience using Procore project management software.
  • Experience with Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, or related platforms).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
