Job description

AutoCAD Engineer/Drafter

Vision Woodworking is a well-established manufacturer of high-end store fixtures and custom millwork located in Fridley, MN. We are currently seeking an experienced AutoCAD Engineer/Drafter.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Prepare drawings for store fixtures, cabinets and millwork using AutoCAD and Inventor

·         Review drawings for quality and accuracy

·         Communicate and collaborate with project managers, estimators, sales, and production staff

Job Requirements:

·         Associate degree in AutoCAD Engineering/Drafting or equivalent experience

·         Strong AutoCAD experience, Inventor experience is a plus

·         Thorough understanding of manufacturing process

·         Knowledge of store fixture and cabinetmaking business

·         Alpha Cam and CutRite knowledge desired

·         Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency

·         Detail-oriented and self-motivated

·         Able to work well with others, team player
