AutoCAD Engineer - Commercial CabinetryHolland's Custom Cabinets is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Engineer to support commercial cabinetry and millwork projects. This is an in-person position based in El Cajon, CA.Required QualificationsMinimum 4-5 years of AutoCAD experience in a commercial environment.Experience creating commercial cabinetry and millwork drawings while maintaining ADA compliance.Strong understanding of commercial cabinetry standards, ADA requirements, and related industry practices.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality drawings.Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Ability and willingness to perform field measurements when required.Willingness to learn, grow, and advance within the company.Availability to work in person only; remote and hybrid work are not available for this role.Compensation and ScheduleThis position is compensated on an hourly basis, with a starting pay range of $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.This is a full-time position requiring a 40-hour work week unless otherwise directed by management.
