Used Reconditioning Technician

Gandrud Auto Group is seeking a skilled Used Reconditioning Technician to lead our auto tech recon team in Green Bay, WI. This role focuses on overseeing the reconditioning process of used vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and safety before reaching our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the auto tech recon team to efficiently recondition used vehicles.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and perform repairs or maintenance on used vehicles to prepare them for sale.
  • Ensure all reconditioning work meets company standards and complies with safety regulations.
  • Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadline requirements.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians to improve team performance and skill levels.
  • Communicate effectively with service managers and sales staff regarding vehicle status and issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an auto technician, preferably with used vehicle reconditioning.
