Job description

We have a brand-new auto repair shop with all new equipment, and we are looking for a highly experienced auto technician. We repair minor damage insurance claim vehicles which allows our customers to save thousands of dollars when purchasing a vehicle. Our expansion into our new shop will allow us to be the highest volume rebuilder car dealer in the state of Wisconsin.

As we expand our team, we are looking for an automotive technician to do mechanical and diagnostic repairs on the vehicles we produce. There may be some installation of body panels, bumpers, etc. We specialize in a limited number of models which allows us to be much more efficient, and only work on cars and SUV's, never trucks.

We also only deal in newer, low mileage vehicles so never have to deal with the headaches of old, rusty and neglected junks where everything breaks the second you touch them. Our new repair facility shows our commitment to providing a nicer work environment than what you normally find in the industry - air conditioned, excellent lighting, very clean and organized, in-ground lifts, etc. and are continually investing in the latest technology.

Compensation will be based on experience and capability with potential production bonuses.
