Job description

Are You a Great Technician AND a Great Teammate?
Bimmer Rescue is growing and we are looking for an A or B Level European Automotive Technician to join our team.

This is not the kind of shop where people work against each other, complain all day or create drama. We work hard, help each other, laugh a lot and take pride in fixing difficult cars the right way.
Our culture matters here.

We are looking for a technician who:
  • Shows up on time and ready to work before 8am.
  • Has a positive attitude.
  • Treats coworkers and customers with respect.
  • Enjoys being part of a close team.
  • Communicates well.
  • Takes on challenges instead of avoiding them.
  • Can diagnose and repair complex European vehicles.
  • Either has a Virginia State Inspection License or can obtain one quickly
BMW experience is a huge plus. Experience with Audi, Mercedes, MINI, Volkswagen, Porsche, Land Rover or other European brands is also valuable.

At Bimmer Rescue, attitude matters just as much as ability. Over the years we have learned that the right people level up fast, turn major hours, make fantastic money and build long term careers when they are surrounded by the right environment.

We are proud of our reputation, our team and the atmosphere we have built here.

Compensation:
Flat Rate Performance Pay.

Our labor model and strong workflow allow productive technicians to consistently turn significant hours.

Top technicians in our organization earn well into six figures.

Realistic earning potential for a strong A or B level European technician:
  • $85,000 to $140,000+.
  • We are not a slow shop.
We are not a warranty shop.
And we are not built around starving technicians for work.
  • We believe productive technicians should be rewarded, not capped.
  • If you can produce, diagnose, stay organized and work well with a team, there is major opportunity here.
  • We are building a team of professionals that genuinely enjoy working together.
  • The right person for this role is productive, accountable, reliable under pressure and understands that attitude affects the entire shop. We value technicians who can stay steady, communicate well and contribute positively even on difficult days.

What We Offer:
  • Strong pay plan.
  • Modern equipment and diagnostic tools.
  • Consistent workflow.
  • Supportive leadership.
  • Paid training.
  • Paid vacation.
  • Paid holidays.
  • A team environment where people actually help each other.
  • Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

If you are tired of toxic shops, weak leadership, drama, finger pointing or feeling unappreciated, this may be the place for you.

If you want to work around good people, solve interesting problems, turn strong hours and build a long term career, we should talk.
