DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A SHOP MANAGER?
  • Majority of time spent in shop leading from an eyes-on-production mindset
  • Partner with a Office manager to ensure excellent communication from the front door to shop floor
  • Implementing and holding employees accountable to policies outlined in B Street Employee Manual
  • Identify, create, and maintain positive culture in a team
  • Take part and ensure quality control checks are being completed
  • Ensure employees meeting safety and OSHA standards
  • Assuring all necessary leases, licenses, and permits are current and in place
  • Interviewing, selecting, and training of employees
  • Utilize a variety of management and estimating systems
  • Understands business financials and meet financial goals
  • Spend time training in each department before taking on Store Manager responsibilities to ensure you are set up for success as a leader and fully understand all facets of business

HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES
  • Maintain a Monday - Friday 6:45am - 5:00pm schedule
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the auto body / automotive / dealership industry, or relatable field preferred but not required. We will teach and train the right candidate.
  • Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
  • You must have a valid driver's license
