SO WHAT DOES A FINANCE AND SALES DIRECTOR EVEN DO?
When you join us as a Finance and Sales Director, you make a major impact on the success of both our dealership and our sales team. You complete a wide variety of tasks every day with the goal of improving our processes and increasing our profits. On a typical day, you coordinate and motivate our salespeople and offer them advice for improving their performance. You assist with hiring and training new talent as well as record performance metrics to see how your team's doing.
In addition to providing exceptional leadership, you are responsible for analyzing data and using that information to adjust our strategies, create engaging campaigns, make inventory decisions, and drive business growth. You coordinate with members from other departments to ensure consistent campaign execution. With your eye for detail, you also oversee our expenditures and find ways to cut down on spending. Since this is such a dynamic position, you may have to work 10-hour shifts, Monday - Friday, with some weekend hours as needed. You love having variety in your days and take pride in the effect you have on our success!
WHAT DO I NEED TO BECOME A FINANCE AND SALES DIRECTOR?
  • 2+ years of experience working at an auto dealership
  • State sales license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license

Bilingual proficiency would be a huge plus!
