We are looking to acquire talented individuals as we expand our market share. The Regional Sales Manager position is a challenging and dynamic position with opportunities for advancement. As an Internal Regional Sales Manager with Westlake Financial, you will be educating and training you own team of 20-30 Sales Representatives. This position is in the Las Vegas Corporate Office.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for creating sales and marketing strategies to grow Westlake's auto finance business. The role will be to oversee, train, manage, mentor and hold the Sales Team accountable. The Regional Sales Manager will strategically grow Westlake's dealer base by identifying and capturing untapped markets and opportunities in both the independent as well as the franchise automobile markets.
Being in a fast-paced environment, this role requires a consultative sales and management approach. Each Regional Manager will manage their own team leading to growth and success.
This is a full-time position including full-time benefits. We are looking for highly motivated, highly dedicated candidates who are comfortable working in an office-based environment leading a team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Sales Floor
  • Hire, Train and Mentor Sales Representatives and Supervisors
  • 80% of time spent on the Sales Floor with Team
  • Set monthly Team Goals
  • Lead weekly Sales Meetings
  • Provide coaching of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Train all new reps specified by the Training Agendas
  • Conduct Sales Presentations
  • Call dealers as needed to assist Sales Representatives
  • Implement company policies and procedures
  • Present and sell company products and services
  • Train & develop new dealers as needed
  • Participate in marketing events as necessary
  • Enforce Sales Representative Minimum Expectations
  • Develop & maintain sales and marketing materials
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 3 years sales management experience leading a team
  • 3 years + of sales, marketing, auto finance and banking expertise
  • High energy and with excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and various sales software applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field
  • Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology
  • Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
  • Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams
  • Qualified Candidates must live in region and work in the office

What is our pay plan?
  • Self-determined, performance-based compensation package

Compensation: Total with bonus $120,000 - $180,000 annually.
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
