Responsibilities:

  • Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
  • Work with sales management to establish and maintain a program that will ensure a 100-percent turnover to the Finance department.
  • Work with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from each transaction.
  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
  • Accurately desks deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
  • Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
  • Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals
  • Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of dealership experience
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  • Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to close a deal
  • Valid driver's license
