Parts Manager McDaniels Acura of Newnan | Newnan, GA Lead the Parts Department of a Growing Luxury Acura Dealership

McDaniels Acura of Newnan is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and help drive the continued success of one of Georgia's premier Acura dealerships.

Our dealership features new and pre-owned vehicle sales, a full-service maintenance and repair department, and a high-volume parts operation that supports both our internal Service Department and our retail and wholesale customers. We are looking for a leader who understands that an exceptional Parts Department is essential to delivering an outstanding ownership experience.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead all daily operations of the dealership Parts Department
  • Manage inventory levels, purchasing, stocking, pricing, and obsolescence
  • Support a busy Service Department with accurate and timely parts availability
  • Partner with the Sales Department to ensure new and pre-owned vehicle reconditioning needs are met efficiently
  • Develop and coach Parts Advisors and support staff to achieve departmental goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technicians, advisors, vendors, and customers
  • Monitor key performance indicators including gross profit, inventory turns, fill rates, and departmental expenses
  • Maintain manufacturer standards and dealership operating procedures
  • Utilize technology and reporting tools to improve productivity and profitability
  • Foster a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Five (5) or more years of dealership Parts Manager experience required
  • Luxury import experience, Acura/Honda experience, or other premium brand experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of dealership parts operations, inventory management, purchasing, and financial performance
  • Proven history of driving profitability while maintaining high levels of customer and employee satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable utilizing dealership management systems, manufacturer portals, and evolving technology
  • Selfโ€‘motivated, detailโ€‘oriented, and resultsโ€‘driven
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
