Our high-volume service department is seeking Service Advisors, with excellent customer service skills, to guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise them on service options and costs, offer special promotions, schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and more. Enjoy working in our state-of-the-art and climate-controlled facility! Auto dealership Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required. We train for success!

Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:
  • Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, schedule service, greet customers,  answer questions, offer special promotions, follow vehicle from service bay entry and more.
  • Communicate the customer’s requests to the technical team
  • Keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle
  • Ensure work is completed to the customer’s satisfaction
  • Manage any customer complaints or issues
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge
 
 
Requirements - Auto Dealership Service Advisor 
  • Auto dealership Service Advisor experience with good customer service, computer, communication and sales skills is preferred. We train for success!
  • Understands basic vehicle mechanics 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Reliable with a good work ethic and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
