Job description

Springcreek Rehab and Nursing Center is looking for an experienced and passionate Human Resource Manager who is highly motivated & detail oriented to join our team at our growth minded skilled-nursing facility. As the Human Resource Manager at our facility you will be responsible for the overall employee experience at our building as well as to lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department in a healthcare facility with a STRONG focus on recruitment, retention and staff morale.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, and hires new staff
  • Makes connections with local colleges and attends job fairs
  • Manages employee retention programs
  • Conducts new hire orientation
  • Ensures compliance with federal regulations in regards to HR file maintenance
  • Processes payroll
  • Employee relations

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience in a similar role in a healthcare environment highly preferred
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and retention
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

  • College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • A minimum of two years of human resource management within healthcare experience preferred
