Job Duties:

The Ideal candidate really loves doing tear downs and reassemblies.  We would like someone to specialize in this area and be capable of handling a high volume of both each day.  Your personality has to one that sees this as a challenge and something you look forward to.  We will still organize things in a way where you’ll be able to get some experience in all parts of the body work process on an ongoing basis  so you can keep your skills sharp (if desired).

  • Primary tech for all teardowns, damage analysis & repair estimates–working closet with the estimator.

When not doing teardowns/reassemblies, you will have the opportunity to keep your skills sharp in the following areas:

  • Use the frame rack and measuring system to check for frame damage.
  • Use frame rack & associated pullers to repair damaged frames.
  • Removal & replacement of parts as needed to fix and repair body damage.
  • Fixing non structural damage-dent or cosmetic repairs
  • Plastic repair / welding

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of broad body shop experience required. 
  • High attention to detail. 
  • Quick and highly efficient yet able to maintain high quality standards.
  • Must have your own set of tools and be willing to continue to build your inventory of tools over time.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Continued training for iCar & ASE
 

Pay:

  • Pay will Depend On Experience $20-$40/hour
