Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and estimating, with the ability to assess vehicle damage accurately and provide comprehensive estimates for repairs. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will interact with customers and collaborate with service technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Duties

  • Evaluate damaged vehicles and determine the extent of repairs needed.
  • Prepare detailed estimates for repair costs, including parts and labor.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to understand repair processes and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and repair options.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, repair techniques, and estimating software.
  • Assist in managing the workflow within the body shop to ensure timely completion of repairs.
