As a Specialist Manager, Physical Security on the Office of Security team, you will be responsible for advancing workforce safety awareness initiatives, managing strategic projects, and supporting operational excellence across security programs.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing management of workforce safety awareness programs and strategic business initiatives.
  • Develop and implement communications and engagement approaches that increase visibility, understanding, and adoption of Office of Security priorities.
  • Partner with team leaders to document, maintain, and improve operating procedures, process materials, and program governance documentation.
  • Define, track, and report program metrics to measure effectiveness and support decision-making for security initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, communications, workshops, and briefing materials for security leadership and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support project delivery.
