Our client is a litigation-focused law firm with offices in Tysons Corner and Richmond. The firm handles complex individual and class-action cases nationwide, primarily in federal courts. Its practice areas include consumer protection, communications and software disputes, employment law, and commercial real estate litigation. Requirements:
Requires a litigation Associate with 2-3 years of experience in complex individual and class-action cases across the country, primarily in federal court, but we also regularly appear in Virginia state courts too.
candidate profiles must be submitted with 2 writing samples that they have solely authored.
Several years of federal court commercial litigation experience is a must.
TCPA experience would be exceptional.
Must handle writing briefs, developing cases with the senior attorneys and clients, and appearing in court.
Need to focus our litigation practice in several areas, such as TCPA and FTC consumer-protection cases, communications and software matters, employment, and commercial real estate disputes.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience, be licensed in Virginia, and committed to good writing, curiosity, and client service (and hopefully some other subjects that invigorate them outside the office!).
