Job description

In Search of a Rewarding Career?

AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking In-Patient PRN RN'sfor our hospice facility in Greensboro (Beacon Place). CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Job Summary:

Assess and identify patient/caregiver problems, establish patient/caregiver care goals, and identify and implement interventions. Work with attending physician to establish and implement medical plan of care for the patient. Establish and maintain therapeutic relationship with patient and caregiver, including providing emotional support and teaching.

Work closely with other members of the interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with team members, patients, caregivers, physicians, pharmacists, and other health care professionals and community service organizations.
