What is an Author Health?

Author Health typically refers to the well-being, work-life balance, and occupational health concerns of individuals who write professionally, such as novelists, journalists, or content writers. This includes managing stress, maintaining mental health, preventing repetitive strain injuries, and balancing creative work with personal life.
