Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime

Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
  • Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Communicate professionally with building management, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, access issues, and shifts in site conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
