Night Auditor / Manager On Duty

The Hive House is part of CMC Hotels, a locally owned and operated hotel group dedicated to delivering warm hospitality, clean and comfortable accommodations, and exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a reliable and service-minded Night Auditor / Manager on Duty to join our team and support our overnight operations.

The Night Auditor / Manager on Duty is responsible for overseeing hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring a safe environment, providing excellent guest service, and completing nightly financial audit procedures. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and confident in making decisions independently.

Must be available 3rd shift, Monday-Sunday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the acting manager for the property during overnight hours
  • Complete nightly audit processes, reconcile daily transactions, and prepare required reports
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and service requests
  • Perform regular property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and security
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Monitor front desk operations and ensure brand standards are maintained
  • Balance cash drawers and verify payment methods
  • Support other departments as needed during overnight hours
  • Communicate shift notes and overnight updates to management and relevant departments
Qualifications:
  • Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
  • Must be available to work overnight, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
  • Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must.
