Job Summary

Summary:   Join Levy Restaurants at Grand Casino Arena as an AUDIT SUPERVISOR, where you'll play a key role during Minnesota Wild games, Minnesota Frost games, concerts, and other premier events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Audit prior event documentation by reconciling handwritten counts with finalized reports
  • Answer phones at the end of events and assist with balancing stand sheets
  • Maintain audit books and paperwork with support from the C Team
  • Keep audit room clean, organized, and fully stocked (paperwork, supplies, cubbies)
  • Conduct routine administrative tasks such as filing, laminating, and packing storage boxes
  • Perform light operational support tasks, including laundry as needed
  • Complete miscellaneous computer-based work related to event audits
  • Support overall office organization and administrative needs
  • Opportunity to cross-train and gain experience on the event floor
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in auditing and reconciliation tasks
  • Ability to manage and organize paperwork efficiently
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle phone inquiries professionally
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to perform a variety of administrative and support tasks
