Need candidates with strong experience in migrating contact center applications from Cisco on Prem to Cisco Webex CCE. Candidates should also have the ability to understand bottlenecks and troubleshoot the systems migrated to Cisco WXCCE and not working as expected and inspecting and remediating faulty call flows. Need people in US West Coast. The candidates should have at least 10+ years of overall IT experience and at least 5+ in Cisco platforms. Should have experience in GDF integration issues remediation.
