Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Hospitality Coordinator to join our team in Detroit, MI. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong computer skillset, and the ability to manage various hospitality-related tasks efficiently. This role requires working closely with volunteers, handling gift shop and bookstore operations, and managing A/V equipment to ensure a welcoming and smooth experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through excellent telephone and verbal communication.
  • Operate cash register and credit card machines accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage gift shop and bookstore operations, including inventory and sales.
  • Confidently set up and operate a variety of audio/visual equipment for events and presentations.
