Job description

The Lead AV Tech will provide Convention Center clients with outstanding audio-visual service. Assist Operations Supervisor as an experienced technician. Be a representative of LMG's Vision and Values for the Convention Center internal departments and all visiting guests.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
  • Set up, troubleshoot, maintain, operate, and strike audio visual equipment.
  • Work as a team leader to achieve show requirements and event success for our clients.
  • Request, Obtain, Review and implement event paperwork, schedules, orders, transfers, and other similar documentation.
  • Assist Supervisor with event paperwork and team scheduling
  • Maintain and lead communication channels with operations and sales team.
  • Maintain inventory and communicate all damage or inventory concerns to supervisors.
  • Conduct regular inventories including cycle and consumable counts.
  • Be safety conscious. Promote safety with all team members and in every situation.
  • Build relationships with the convention center teams.
  • Assist sales team to build client relationships during events.

Base Salary Range: $21.73/hr - $26.18/hr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
