Job description

Night Attendant

The Night Attendant performs a variety of custodial, maintenance, and security duties to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at the Uintah Conference Center. Key responsibilities include patrolling the facility to prevent vandalism, enforcing guidelines, managing event setups, and preparing incident reports for management. Additionally, this role operates HVAC, lighting, and A/V equipment, handles routine indoor cleaning, and performs outdoor grounds maintenance, including operating UTV plows and Kubota tractors for winter snow removal.


Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED plus one year of general work experience demonstrating the ability to perform the role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates should understand general facility security, surveillance, and building lockdown systems, as well as basic commercial HVAC controls, computer software, and A/V setups. The role requires proficiency with communication tools like two-way radios and the ability to safely operate motorized utility vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, pickup trucks, and tractors.


This part-time position offers an hourly wage of $16.40 along with some fantastic perks!
