Audio Visual Managers often encounter challenges such as last-minute technical issues, equipment malfunctions, and adapting to venue-specific constraints during live events. Effective communication and a well-trained AV team also ensure smooth troubleshooting and quick problem resolution, making adaptability and proactive planning essential skills for success in this role.
