Job description

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of a project Translate client vision into actionable production plans Participate in pre-sale strategy and solution development alongside the sales team Lead client meetings, site visits, and show advances Manage all phases of event production: pre-production, load-in, show execution, and load-out Build and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and labor plans Oversee multiple concurrent projects of varying scale and complexity Collaborate with warehouse/operations teams to ensure accurate equipment pulls Coordinate logistics with transportation teams (trucking, scheduling, routing) Work with technical leads (lighting, audio, video, staging) to ensure seamless integration Lead on-site execution, troubleshooting, and decision-making under pressure Ensure safety standards and best practices are followed Represent the company professionally in high-visibility environments Manage project budgets, track costs, and protect margins Identify efficiencies and opportunities to improve processes as we scale Support post-event reconciliation and internal debriefs Strong expertise in staging, lighting, audio, and video systems, including moving light repair, maintenance, and programming Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing teams, delegating tasks, and driving projects from concept through execution Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; skilled at managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with client-facing experience and a professional presence Proficient with PC-based systems and production documentation, including reports and checklists Self-motivated and dependable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to travel and work nights, evenings, and weekends as needed Experienced in general equipment maintenance, upkeep, and operational readiness EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: 10+ years of experience in live event and technical production Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary events High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor"s degree preferred, but not required LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Valid Driver"s license with reliable transportation required. OSHA Certification on Straight-Mast forklift a plus
