These roles are designed for individuals who are new to project management and typically focus on assisting established project managers, learning project processes, and supporting project documentation and coordination tasks. Employers may look for transferable skills such as communication, organization, and problem-solving. These positions are a good starting point for building a career in project management and often provide on-the-job training or mentorship.
