You will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Your role is crucial in facilitating their recovery process, providing guidance and support while helping them navigate their journey towards wellness and independence.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Possession of an Independent LMHC License, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards and clinical excellence.

• Prior experience in outpatient mental health practices, specifically working with diverse populations, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and crisis management strategies will be considered an asset.
