Day to day, your role is about being there for our policyholders—answering questions, keeping things running smoothly, and making a real difference by:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting our clients with their coverage inquiries, benefits renewals, and modifications
• Presenting and explaining benefit options to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process
• Facilitating the application and underwriting process.
• Maintaining accurate and updated records of client transaction
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support

Qualifications:

• Have an interest in sales and for acquiring customer-facing skills.
• Excellent communication skills and active listening
• Organized, empathetic, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated, coachable and eager to learn
• ​Legal age and authorized to work in the U. S
• Complete and ready work-from-home equipment (personal computer/laptop, camera, working audio and fast internet connection)
• Tech-savvy and proficient in using Zoom.
