Job description

Visual Sound is seeking a results-driven AV Inside Sales Representative for our Command and Control Department in Broomall, PA. This onsite role is responsible for assisting our Account Managers, growing VSI's client base, promoting company services, prospecting, reviewing bids, finding opportunities for new business, contract renewals, and servicing existing accounts. The ideal candidate would have experience with audio-visual technology, inside sales and business development, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating new business revenue for AV services by solicitating and obtaining orders
  • Developing sales opportunities by investigating and identifying potential leads
  • Building strong rapport, preparing quotes & proposals, researching competition and industry trends
  • Conducting cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to decision-makers
  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline focused on recurring revenue
  • Answering email and phone inquiries, entering customer information, and filling orders
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborating with our technical, service, and sales departments
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM systems, tracking activities, and forecasting
