Blue Chip Talent is in partnership with a commercial audiovisual solutions organization and is seeking a skilled AV Install Technician Lead. This role is responsible for leading commercial AV installations in the field, coordinating installation activities with project teams and other trades, and ensuring projects remain organized and on schedule. The ideal candidate brings hands-on commercial AV integration experience and can take ownership of day-to-day field execution.
