FZ is looking for an Sales Engineer (Account Manager) - Audio Visual for the Grand Rapids office. The role is responsible for bringing in new clients and customers as well as maintaining existing accounts within FZs audio visual group.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Ability to understand industry codes, corporate practices, processes, and standards and their impact on project performance and customer satisfaction is essential.
  • Ability to travel regionally to project sites required.
  • CTS-E/D/I desired
  • Crestron DMC-E/Programming or equivalent
  • BiAmp TesiraFORTE & Server programming or equivalent
  • High level AV, IT and IOT knowledge required.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Must have excellent organizational, communications, and project management skills.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
