Job Overview:

Priceless One Management is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant's to join our team. Your role will assist in the execution, and coordination of various events, and will work closely with our event staff to ensure the successful delivery of each event. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for event production.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist in the setup and teardown of event spaces, including staging, lighting, and audio/visual equipment.
  • Work closely with event staff to ensure the smooth execution of events, including managing guest arrivals and departures, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise during events.
  • Assist with event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and catering arrangements.
  • Manage event inventory, including equipment, supplies, and merchandise.
  • Provide support to event staff as needed, including assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years experience in a related Event Coordinating to Production role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Suites and recap related softwares.
