As a fully remote position, you will work from the comfort of your own home, utilizing a user-friendly online platform designed for mental health professionals. Our approach ensures that you can connect with clients through secure audio, video, and messaging services. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual counseling sessions utilizing innovative technology to interact with clients effectively.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with clients’ individual circumstances.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to support ongoing improvement.
• Engage with clients through diverse communication methods, including audio and video calls, online journals, clinical worksheets, and digital goal-setting tools.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through peer consultations and access to a network of over 10,000 therapists for collaboration and support.

Your clients will consist of stable, low-acuity adults who primarily face issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, grief, and weight disorders. The platform ensures that you are matched with patients aligned with your expertise without the stress of managing severe cases or children. This focus allows you to provide specialized, focused care to a demographic that is primed for supportive interventions.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.
• Current, full independent LPCC license without any disciplinary actions from relevant licensing boards.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workstation including a phone and a PC or laptop (tablets are not supported).
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in counseling.

• Two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling preferred.
• Experience with telehealth practices and delivering remote therapy.
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for client engagement and therapy management.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
