Aquent is partnering with a prominent organization known for its significant impact within its industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the visual narrative of a forward-thinking company, capturing the essence of their operations and leadership. You will play a pivotal role in bringing their story to life through compelling video content, directly influencing how their brand is perceived and understood across various platforms.
This project-based role offers the chance to leverage your expertise in corporate video production, working across diverse environments from professional office settings to active operational facilities. Your keen eye and technical prowess will be essential in producing high-quality video and audio, contributing directly to key communication initiatives and executive messaging.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to capture high-quality video and audio across corporate offices and active operational environments. You will be responsible for bringing top-tier equipment, capturing dynamic footage on set, and either executing post-production edits or delivering raw, high-quality assets to post-production teams.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced corporate settings and possesses the technical capability to manage challenging audio environments, such as those found in active operational facilities. This role involves ongoing engagement, including regular project opportunities and domestic travel for specific shoots, with an immediate project opportunity available.
What You'll Do
  • Capture crisp, corporate-grade B-roll, interview footage, and executive messaging in both corporate office and high-noise, dynamic operational settings.
  • Set up professional lighting and audio configurations on location, demonstrating acute attention to detail to fix lighting or noise issues during filming.
  • Think like an editor while behind the camera, actively capturing redundant shot options, extra B-roll, and cutaways to guard against footage shortages and adapt on the fly if a scene or environment isn't panning out.
  • Perform full post-production edits (e.g., color correction, noise reduction) OR organize and deliver high-quality raw assets for external editors as needed.
  • Work closely with the Senior Producer and corporate teams, staying responsive via communication platforms throughout project lifecycles.

What You'll Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in corporate video production.
  • Must own/provide a full professional production kit, including a 4K camera setup, multi-point lighting kit, and high-quality audio equipment (lavaliers, directional mics).
  • Strong post-production capabilities, with specific expertise in audio noise reduction for noisy industrial backgrounds.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and curious on set.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically for scheduled shoots.
  • Ability to adapt and be resourceful; highly proactive on set-able to course-correct in high-noise or shifting environments while maintaining high standards for volume and variety of deadline-driven content.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing video production.
  • Drone capabilities.
