Location: Local Remote (Southern California) or Hybrid (Santa Ana, CA)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $125,000 - $150,000 annually

What You’ll Do:
• Own mortgage technology initiatives from concept through implementation and post-production improvements
• Translate business, operational, and compliance needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Manage product backlogs and partner with stakeholders, operations teams, and developers to drive successful delivery
• Support mortgage platforms across origination, underwriting, servicing, broker portals, and related systems
• Help deliver AI-first solutions while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

What Gets You the Job:
• 5+ years of Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Management experience within mortgage technology
• Deep understanding of mortgage operations, origination workflows, servicing, and compliance requirements
• Experience supporting LOS platforms, broker portals, underwriting systems, CRM platforms, or related mortgage applications
• Proven ability to own initiatives from concept through production while working effectively with technical and business teams
• Exposure to AI initiatives, AI-enabled products, or AI-assisted project delivery is highly desired
