• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing your clinical judgment to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Engage with clients through multiple platforms, including video calls, audio messages, and interactive health tracking tools to monitor progress and adapt treatment as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation sessions, leveraging the collective knowledge of the telehealth community to refine your therapeutic approaches.
• Manage your patient load and schedule, ensuring efficient use of time while providing high-quality care.

You will primarily work with adults facing low-acuity mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief. Our clients are carefully screened before referral to ensure that they will benefit from the services provided, allowing you to focus on individuals who align with your expertise and therapeutic style. This structured approach enables you to foster a safe and productive therapeutic relationship with each client.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license without any disciplinary actions.
• Reliable internet connection and a working personal computer or laptop to access our telehealth platform (tablets are not supported).

• Experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with online therapeutic tools and software.
• Background in working with adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, particularly those classified as low-acuity.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients through various technological mediums.
