POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

The Senior Post PTO Servicing Associate will support the Servicing Team by managing a portfolio of Transfers and Assumptions and Contract Modifications for Third-Party Owned Products and Loan Products that will require strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Solar Industry and Solar Agreement Transfers. 

This position will be based out of Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Clara, CA or Teaneck, NJ with an in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be considered in exceptional cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Manage a portfolio of servicing matters related to customer agreements and account changes across Loans, Levelized PPAs, and Leases.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and other stakeholders by providing updates, answering questions, and supporting resolution of servicing-related requests through phone and email communication.
  • Identify issues, escalate matters as appropriate, and help drive timely resolution of customer or operational concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records, case notes, and documentation within internal systems to ensure a complete and reliable servicing history.
  • Support operational initiatives, documentation efforts, and process improvements that contribute to the growth and scalability of the Servicing Team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 2-4+ years of professional work experience including 2+ years of experience in residential solar or operations, data operations, or financial services.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced, and demanding environment.   
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment under strict deadlines. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
