• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, addressing individual and family needs through professional consultation and collaboration.
• Actively provide crisis intervention and support, creating pre-crisis and post-crisis management strategies that guide clients towards emotional and behavioral stability.
• Document client interactions with precision and promptness to comply with regulatory standards, thereby ensuring consistent quality of care.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to assess and evaluate client needs for optimal treatment response.
• Develop and implement positive behavior support plans, utilizing behavioral guidelines and risk assessments based on client assessments.
• Serve as a liaison amongst educational systems, state agencies, and community stakeholders to coordinate support and resources for clients.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining compliance and contributing to the organization's quality assurance efforts.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities including attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings that enhance expertise.
• Promote the core values and mission of our organization through your day-to-day interactions and professional conduct.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the mission and needs of the organization.

This role primarily serves students and their families, addressing a range of challenges including mental illness, addiction issues, trauma, and socioeconomic factors affecting educational performance. By providing empathetic and knowledgeable care, you will empower young individuals to access available resources, establish healthy coping mechanisms, and navigate their social and academic environments more effectively.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited educational institution.
• A minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience, demonstrating a depth of knowledge in mental health practices.
• A current, valid state license in good standing with the State Licensing Board.
• Commitment to upholding professional ethics and best practices while working in a school-based setting.

• Experience working in educational environments or with children and adolescents.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and multi-disciplinary teamwork.
• Advanced understanding of behavioral health, substance abuse issues, and related treatment modalities.
